The aim of the project was to provide the city of Shymkent with recommendations on integrated infrastructure planning within the new district.

In the course of work, the analysis of potential technical and economic indicators and preliminary concepts of planning structure of the city was carried out.

​

The result was a set of recommendations for:

​

1. placement of objects of mass events

2. development of the road network

3. optimization of the structure of public transport

4. organization of traffic and intersections on the main avenue

5. creating a parking policy

6. organization of pedestrian and bicycle traffic in the area.
